Comprehensive top notch experience from check-in to finish. Dr. Fujimoto and his team offered skilled, and compassionate care. This is a clinic who invests in their patients. Dr. Fujimoto took the time to go through labs, educate around health, and even sent me home with resources for a Mediterranean diet. Organised, efficient, thorough and caring, the staff at The Clinic, Lihue really do take the time to help as you strive for wellbeing. I always feel like I make progress at every appointment.
Decided to establish care here after hearing great things. Great first impression! From reception, to when I was brought back to the room, and out: the office was nice & clean, and staff was caring & patient. Will continue to seek care here.
I was most impressed with Kaoru and the Clinic team. I felt heard, the information I shared was valued, and key decisions were a conversation. The triage procedure was thorough and effective, meaning we could get my health priorities back on track in my first 'new patient' appointment - on the same day I enquired, by the way! I met with NP Kaoru as a new patient and was very satisfied. she addressed all my needs and took time to get to know me. I arrived early to fill out the paperwork as directed and was seen on time. the staff was very friendly and location/parking was convenient.
