Great place to live. I like the location and access to the interstate. The perks are really nice here. You should check it out.
I love living here because it’s always so quiet and everybody is so friendly yet respectful. Staff is excellent because they are always there to provide you with whatever your needs are, they get back to you so fast and are so kind!
The Conrad was an excellent place to live for 4+ years. Location was great - very close to UNMC/Nebraska Medicine and the Blackstone District. The paid garage parking was a nice amenity especially during the winter months. Also enjoyed the swimming pool/hot tub and workout space. This would be a 4 or 5 star review except for in the last several months there have been several items that have knocked it down. Management has been courteous, but in recent months they’ve fallen short in enforcing the building’s no-smoking policy. Some tenants frequently smoke cigarettes and marijuana, causing the smell to linger in common areas, which has made the living environment less healthy. Additionally, the gym requires better maintenance and often lacks disinfectant supplies. Given the price, I expected a higher standard, especially since the quality at this location was previously much better.
My husband and I rented at the conrad without ever touring, we moved from Georgia and were new to Omaha. The staff at the conrad made Omaha quickly feel like home. They are accommodating, super responsive, and go the extra mile to make your stay the best. We rented a 6-month lease and only lived in our unit 3.5 months before paying to get out. We loved our time with the amenities and friendly residents. Very dog friendly also!
