I visited this facility I like everything about The Contemporary. They have a very good place. The apartments are wonderful. I love them because it is a nice place. The manager is a wonderful person. He's very knowledgeable. Everyone was wonderful and friendly. I was shown the menu, and it looked very nice. The building is very modern. It only has two stories. It's not a big building but I like it. The atmosphere was very nice. Everybody was nice. Everybody looked happy. The room's layout was perfect.

I visited this facility The tour at the Contemporary was very thorough. The place was new, so it's very clean, and not 100 percent inhabited. It felt very open and very airy. I really liked the place. I think it's in a very good location in Miami, very centralized, so I think that's a big plus. The staff during the tour was great. She answered all our questions. She gave us a lot of information. We asked a lot, hurricane preparedness, for instance, and she was good about explaining that and the different options that are ava... read more
