Very unprofessional and poor management. I got hired, and when I picked up shifts, they were never approved. When I called to speak to the management every one gave me unreasonable excuses, then next they emailed me a termination letter. When you hire an employee and you don’t like them, please be honest. Don’t waste peoples time. Would not recommend any one to work in this environment.

Not a good environment. Rents have gone up drastically. Lots of complaints about dining. Employees are unhappy and do not stay long. Management does not keep promises and thinks they have no responsibility for safety. Residents were just told there will no longer be cameras in the pool area and they should use a buddy system to feel safe. There is a hateful divide between assisted living and independent living and residents yell at each other.
