No matter what I have asked to be done at my apartment, it has been taken care of in a timely manner and with great consideration for myself and my belongings during the times my apt flooded due to issues from apts above me. Recently, I asked for my carpet to be cleaned and it was arranged in a timely manner and the cleaning was very well done. Thanks to all the staff. Marion Henderson S108
