Went for a really cute event. Turned out to find a hidden gem.The rooftop was very nice.The music was on point, the vibes were immaculate. Place definitely has a lot of really cool energy and it was also very clean loved it

I stopped by for a music event in the basement, and I was honestly surprised by how big this place is. It’s not just a small venue — it’s a full-on multi-level spot with two floors and a rooftop, which gives it a really fun and spacious feel. My friend reserved a section on the rooftop for his birthday. Everyone who came had a wonderful time and the venue/location was a huge part of that. The rooftop had a great DJ who was really engaged in what they were playing and receptive to the audience. The bartenders were all business and good at what they were doing. They were attentive to the customers and efficient. The location right under the Williamsburg bridge is easily accessible and fun to party in.
It was a very positive experience at the Delancy. I didn’t notice the bouncer (people complained about) being out of character. I thought the staff was very professional and courteous. A Silat training partner of mine has his own security business. If you give the respect to the bouncer/security, they will give you respect back is what I learned.
