Stephanie is the best! I’ve seen her twice and she makes me feel very comfortable & gave me specific instructions on how to do my skin routine which was SO helpful! If you’re interested in coming to the 138th Mott Haven location I’d highly Recommend seeing her.
The front desk staff were very kind and professional. The staff that assisted Dr. Stephanie were very professional and built rapport. Dr. Stephanie is very kind, sweet, and caring. You can tell that she loves her job and making her clients happy makes her happy. Great experience. Also, the facility is very modern and pristine.
Unfortunately terrible experience. I scheduled my appointment at 6:30pm, they confirmed it. Then the date of the appointment they rescheduled it for 5:20 PM. When I came in they told me that they can’t see me at all. I’ve never had that experience anywhere. Very disappointed.
My overall experience at this facility has been positive—the doctors and medical staff are excellent, and the environment is impressively clean. However, on October 30, 2024, I had an unfortunate encounter with the receptionist that affected my visit. The receptionist, a young woman with prominent eyelashes and a red wig, displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. I love this place. All the staff members are very polite and welcoming. It’s a clean environment and I went there for hair loss. Still go but since I’ve started receiving the shots to my scalp where my bald spot was my hair has been growing back.
