Stephanie is the best! I’ve seen her twice and she makes me feel very comfortable & gave me specific instructions on how to do my skin routine which was SO helpful! If you’re interested in coming to the 138th Mott Haven location I’d highly Recommend seeing her.
I was there for an hour and they took a patient before me that didn’t even have an appointment. No apology or anything. The nurse asked me to tell her what medications I take but cut me off half way through the list. I will be compliant with the BBB regarding their treatment of patients. I have been living in this area for over 30 years and I will be telling everyone that if you’re black, they will definitely put a Spanish patient ahead of you! Best location ever. The staff was so welcoming, from the receptionist to the Nurse practitioner that attended to my issues. Very clean clinic. Very informative. I look forward to continuing my care at this location
I always have a great experience when I come here. The staff is friendly, and the customer service is excellent. Stephanie is the best and listens to her patient's concerns.
I absolutely love Stephanie she is smart, thorough and relatable. I leave feeling secure in the treatment plan and informed of my diagnosis. I appreciate the easy access to her care. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful as well.
