I want to thank Arpan for always helping me with my appointments. He is so sweet, understanding with my appointments needs. I want to Thank Leah Quach for her kindness and excellent bedside manner. Leah is taking care of myself and my daughter for her eczema. She listened and advocated for us. The facility is very clean. I will continue to come to this facility.
This experience from the moment I enter the building was great. The receptionist was so welcoming and a great help in completing the form which I had to do. He made you feel comfortable which is a plus. The doctor and her assistant was so helpful and took their time in explaining the symptoms. The doctor was a good listener and then made her recommendations. I would recommend this facility. Great experience
The Jamaica Ave office is sparkling clean; the staff is friendly and efficient. Its welcoming environment in the front office reminded me more of a spa entrance than a doctor's office. The wait time was minimal. The doctor's knowledge and friendliness exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend The Dermatology Specialists.
Came here with my wife and daughter we were looking foward to getting help and treatment for our facial skin and all we got was a consultation and reference to doctors in Manhattan other then that we got nothing no treatment what's so ever no facial cleanse no sort of any treatment. They charged an outrageous fee to my insurance and leaving me pay the rest of the bill. My Doctor doesnt charge no where near for culstation fee for what this place charges. Outrageous.
