Needed to replace weather strip on bottom of garage door. Representative wanted $550 to replace weather strip, balance garage door and perform tune-up. Did not use. Got another company (Ultra) to do same work for much much less. DO NOT USE. They advertise $39.95 tune up, but then try to hose you on everything else!
I'm not a big review guy but in this case I felt it necessary. My garage door has been acting goofy with a mind of its own the past few weeks. I drive past Doorman of South Florida everyday on my way to my office. I called them and from the minute I hung up with Joanne, I had a feeling this would be good. Long story short, Nick showed up today early and got it fixed and was a great guy. Living in Florida for the majority of my life, it's hard to find great people that are honest and give awesome service like these people do.... read more
