The Enclave at 1550

Max and I moved around quite a bit, we were both never really satisfied with the apartments we lived at until we found the Enclave, the staff at the Enclave is of the friendliest in San Antonio, they'll even change the light bulbs! Had to throw that one in there for Nic. Very professional well kept place, Alice does a great job keeping up with keeping the place clean, always clean it's certainly home away from home. Sabrina made sure Max always had his morning back scratches and biscuits. If there is any place in San Antonio to live and call home, this is the place for you! Thanks Enclave, you guys rock!

I enjoyed living at the tower for about 3 years then moved because I bought a house wrong side of town then they renovated the building so now I'm moving back home. I'm going to enjoy my new upgraded unit facing the downtown skyline for a long time .

Moving back to SA from Washington, D.C. It's been about 13yrs since I lived in this Town and it's such an awesome city.
I'm beyond ecstatic to have found such a large beautiful unit with a skyline view and a safe space to call home under $3500.00/mo.

Very nice and very clean place to live! Everyone is friendly! We had the penthouse facing Robert E. Lee High School and the Hemisphere and it was absolutely beautiful! The swimming pool always seemed to be cold but it felt good because of my hot flashes! Lol.. Great place to live!

I want to take this time to commend one of your Community Managers. Sarah goes above and beyond her job title for the apartment/condo and I want to acknowledge to her superiors that she is GREAT! She is personable, reliable and willing to adapt when needed. Her professionalism is top notch. She is a great listener and is always willing to get what is requested of her from my clients. This high rise apartment living is amazing. My view is wonderful, located in the center of town, my favorite place to live so far. The apartments are well maintained, staff is friendly and helpful, luxurious and private amenities. I have lived in apartments for a long tim and I'll never leave here! My pets love it too!

I tell everyone where I live. my sister is moving in this month, my friend was ready to jump on it, but then noticed that the rates have gone up significantly. I have to say, I'm a little weary of what my rent will be at the end of my lease.

The architecture is wonderful as the 22 story structure is a stout, handsome landmark building. THere are perhaps 8 units to a floor and it is rare as I come and go that I get to see my neighbors, all of whom I enjoy. The units have large outdoor, completely private patios ... you notice I did not say balconies - which are spaced a great deal away from any other patios, which cannot be seen. The staff works together seamlessly, making the experience here akin to a cruise ship. One gets to know the staff in no time at all, and they, without exception, excel in kindness and helpfulness. The 22 story structure is set back with an 8 acre lawn in front of it, and the entire lot is beautifully landscaped, creating the presence of an elite address. The building is centrally located with an HEB three blocks away, as well as numerous other restaurants. The neighborhood is home to an elementary school across the street, a high school right next door, and a middle school 5 blocks away. The pool area is beautiful, the game room with pool table and the large gym are also wonderful amenities. I have lived in perhaps 7 medium rises and high rises. This is by far the best of all of them.

These apartments are safe and very kept extremely clean. The staff is kind, from the maintenance to the office staff, everyone smiles and says hello. This feels like home. I recommend this complex to anyone looking for a well located and comfortable p,ace to live.

Love this place. The team members are very friendly and helpful. The community is taken care of with different activities to get involved in. The views are awesome. Every thing is well maintained. Love the size of my apartment. Location is awesome. Pet friendly too!

This is for all of the Enclave Office and Facility staff: The Enclave at 1550s attention to detail and time frame to complete work orders is unmatched. They are dedicated to the tenant and work relentlessly to make sure that any issues that should arise are tended too immediately. They're ability to work in collaboration with each other or solo is simply amazing. They are thorough and detailed, letting tenants know how much they care. I would most certainly recommend The Enclave at 1550 as a place to reside.

Been living here for a little over 6 months now and I could not be any happier with this apartment complex. The staff is welcoming and the maintenance is fixed within two days or less. Overall, the Enclave at 1550 is a place I love to call home. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I am a new tenant and Have recommended the Enclave to several people. When I first came to check it out I was at Avery difficult time in my life. I had just gone through a fire in my previous residence. Sarah went beyond her job role to make my move as perfect as possible.
Nick, Luis, Berry and Alice are the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. They do not make you feel like you are a bother. All requests have been taken care of immediately.
I love it here and hope to be here a long time
If Sarah could be cloned and placed as manager in other locations I think San Antonio would be a better City then it already is

ONE WORD AMAZING!!! Not only is The Enclave a wonderful, safe, secure and beautiful place to call home. The employees are do dedicated to the tenants that they make tenants feel like family. Sarah Arzola, property manager was not only welcoming and friendly she made me and my mom feel valued. My mom was a tenant of a retirement home that burned in SA. She felt very sad and vulnerable. Meeting Sarah and securing an apartment at The Enclave helped my mom feel Hopeful that everything would be ok. Sarah went above an beyond helping my mom make arrangements for furniture delivery, and to ensure that she felt safe and encouraged that "things were going to be ok". Sarah not only treated my mom as a tenant but we felt that she and her staff would look after my retired mom. I have never experienced the professionalism, courtesy and genuine kindness as that expressed by Sarah and her staff. I live out of state but if I lived in SA I would prefer to live at The Enclave over any other property. thank you Sarah and your staff. Angie

What more could you ask for from an apartment community..... free rent? LOL, aside from than that this place has it all! Views, security, an excellent maintenance and maid staff, amenities, and the management are all top notch! I have zero complaints, and I'm not the easiest person to please. They go above and beyond to make your residency here an experience so pleasant, the thought of moving out is not even an viable option. The management here is unparalleled compared to any community I've lived in. Sarah the manager placed me in the apartment I wanted, gave me the cheapest possible rate by manipulating the lease term, and made my move in a breeze. Not only that, but he office knows everyone by name and apt number. It's a friendly community in a great location. They even have a free video library for the residents, and send you out with popcorn to enjoy with your movie. The game room, pool, and club room are nice and always expertly maintained. Never any parking issues with plenty of guest parking available at all times. Pets? there is a huge meadow like area where u can take you pets to run and play. did I forget anything? Oh yeah, maintenance issues are resolved within 24 hours 95% of the time, which is a huge plus. Don't take my word for it, but do yourself a favor by swinging by to speak with Barry or Sarah. You will be delightfully surprised when you do!

Very Happy Resident
I have been here for almost 6 months & I love it. The location is perfect with Highway access to anywhere & downtown access in 5-10 min. The views are great regardless of where your apartment is because of the location of the building. Amenities like the Club room, 24 hour fitness center & free coffee make you feel like you're in a hotel. Each floor is it's own lil neighborhood & you can quickly find friends. Very safe & secure & quiet. Management is kind & responsive. So far so happy!
