This tiny office space there in Carrollton is full of alot of love, I would say. Well let's call it "a sincere consideration" for those seeking treatment as a patient. As a senior citizen, it was one of the few experiences where I felt valued and important. It's a very impressive clinic with a well trained staff and a super compassionate dentist/endodontic. I highly recommend this establishment✨️👍
I recently visited Dr Pranali Patil’s office for a root canal. My first time experience. Dr Patil was absolutely the Best. She explained the procedure in detail until I had no more questions! She was extremely professional and pleasant to talk to. Same needs to be mentioned about her staff as well. Right after the procedure, I went on with my normal activities with zero pain. I had root canal done. Scheduling was so efficient- straight to the point and cost upfront. Cost is not like selling a liver 🤣 Reasonable. When you arrive, Liz helped me. Thorough and she did all the checking and she has the patience of a saint because I am probably the ADHD of patients. Dr. Thompson was efficient, fast and is an expert. Oh his hands are gentle. No one likes having to go to a dentist. Tooth pain and infection are difficult to endure. The root canal procedure I had done by Dr. Thompson was top notch. He was comforting, professional, and knowledgeable about the procedure and my well-being. I was relieved when I walked out of the office. This was my very first root canal so I was quite jittery about it. Even a day later, I have experienced no soreness and very little pain. The swelling and abcess decreased by about 75% overnight. Dr. Patil has seen me many times for my teeth problems, at every appointment I fall asleep. That’s how painless and smooth the process is! She is phenomenal at her job and bedside manner is the best. Thank you Dr for always taking care of me!
