I was referred to Dr. Fossum for a Root Canal. Based on a prior root canal many years ago, I was not looking forward to this procedure. Dr. Fossum was very thorough in explaining the process. There was minimal discomfort during the procedure and he was finished in about an hour. Dr. Fossum and his staff were very professional and caring. I would highly recommend them.
Great service. Friendly help from every single person I worked with in and I think that may have been everyone in the office! My procedure was an emergency root canal on a tooth that had hit the proverbial "10" on the pain scale more than once for several days. They helped this extreme "dentophobe" through this within the first 6 hour period that they knew about it. Life savers; that's what we're talking!
Dr Fossum got me out of pain twice. I am a very very sensitive person and its not easy to work on me. I had a big rare problem with a tooth and it resulted in me doing a root canal in 2 sessions. For sure, if you can't sit still or you are a sensitive person, I really recommend the halcion. It's only $10 and it really works. I was referred to this place by a dentist office as they don’t perform root canals in their office. I was able to get in the next morning. I was extremely nervous about getting a root canal, but Dr. Fossum and his staff were there to answer any questions I had. The staff was very kind, calm and helpful. Adding the numbing gel onto my gums before doing the shots was SO NICE and smelled/tasted WAY better than the shot did. The whole process took about an hour. I was very pleased with the personnel and Dr. Fossum. The service I received was exceptional and very professional. The technical staff were very accommodating and very competent in their knowledge and treatment of patiences.
