I was in a bad situation. Had an infected tooth and was able to get a root canal same day. Whole procedure took less than 90 minutes. Dr Lee did a good job. I’m feeling better, still some pain but I’m glad they were able to help me out so quickly. Thanks again! Highly recommend.
After 3 different consultations all over Laredo with no help,The Endodontic Specialist took me in as a walk in and treated me that same day for the discomfort I was feeling, Doctor C.Lee is a miracle worker. He was calm, informative, precise and left me feeling back to normal within minutes. His assistant Diana was patient and kind and guiding me every step of the way which unfortunately I have not experienced in other dental offices. The Dr. got the job done but he has no sense of compassion. Neither do the receptionist or the girls in the front office. They were very cold and rude. The only person that made me feel comfortable was the dental hygienist or the Drs assistant. She was very nice and kept asking if I needed anything or if I was ok. She is the reason I gave the the extra star rating
Dental office personnel were very professional. Technician did her job and knew her job very well. Dentist was very professional and provided good consultation. I felt very comfortable, it was a very relaxing experience -
