Dr. Alsmadi was the best! I was very scared to get a root canal and from the receptionist answering ALL my questions in detail before the appointment to Dr. Alsmadi healing hands 10 out of 10. I bring my headphones to help with not hearing the drill but both the assistant and Dr. Alsmadi checked every step of the way that I was ok and comfortable. I hope I don’t need to come again but if necessary would use this office again.
Dr. Kassabji was the best! Procedure went very well with little to no pain. I was dreading this root canal. Dr.Kassabji explained the procedure thoroughly and answered all my questions. Throughout the procedure, he checked to make I was not feeling any discomfort. Excellent aftercare-I was sent home with a sheet of instructions, phone numbers to call if I needed help after hours, an ibuprofen packet, and lip balm—all in a sweet little bag. Emergency root canal performed with care and in total comfort. Wow. The Dr. and staff are so personable yet highly professional and great at what they do. Dr. Alsmadi was skilled in completing a difficult root canal. He explained each step and showed me x-rays as he proceeded. I experienced no discomfort. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.
Very minimal discomfort, almost entirely pain free. Scheduling and billing information easily completed. My appointment was requested on short notice because of acute pain. Mid cities scheduled me promptly. Dr. Akamai and his team are exceptional in their procedures and patient treatment..
