Dr. Kassabji was the best! Procedure went very well with little to no pain. I was dreading this root canal. Dr.Kassabji explained the procedure thoroughly and answered all my questions. Throughout the procedure, he checked to make I was not feeling any discomfort. Excellent aftercare-I was sent home with a sheet of instructions, phone numbers to call if I needed help after hours, an ibuprofen packet, and lip balm—all in a sweet little bag. I am so thankful Dr. Parson referred me to Dr. Alsmadi and his team! He has got to be one of kindest people I have ever met. Both him and his staff are extremely friendly and encouraging, and it was so sweet to hear the respect they have for each other. Could not have picked a better place myself. I hardly ever write reviews, but if you are looking for an endodontist, Dr. Alsmadi is who you'll want!
I am appreciative of the practice squeezing my appointment into their schedule. The doctor reviewed my images and informed me of a condition which I had never had before. He explained treatment options and their chances of success. He was considerate of my schedule issues. The entire group was very professional.
The moment you walk in the door, you fill the genuine care and the incredible bed side manner shared throughout the staff. Dr. Kassabji and his staff provided exceptional customer service.
While a root canal may not be a "pleasurable" experience, Dr. Alsmadi is one of the very best Endodontists you will ever find and shows great care, compassion and thoroughness in his excellent work! I feel SOOOO much better, now. Thank you, Dr. Alsmadi!
