I had a positive experience during my endodontist visit. The staff was courteous, professional, and welcoming, which helped make the appointment comfortable. Dr. Jaouni was thorough and took the time to clearly explain his findings, set appropriate expectations, and outline the next steps. I appreciated the clear communication and professionalism throughout the visit. I would recommend this practice to anyone seeking endodontic care.
I am so pleased that it's down right embarrassing. I am a total ba y when it comes to going to the dentist let along an endodontist. I had to have a root canal. Major nervousness sit in. I was greeted by the very kind lady with the updo and unique glasses at the front desk. I was then escorted by Francine to get x-rays. Dr.Thompson was was totally awesome and amazing. Dr. Thompson and Frankie were the best. Root canal went quick, painless. It was the best root canal procedure I had ever experienced and I have had a few. State of the art facility- great staff from Crystal at the front desk to the dentist.
I had a positive experience at The Dental Specialists. The dentist and her nurse were very friendly and patient. The receptionist was also friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.
No one likes going to the dentist, but Dr. Jaouni and the staff at Endodontic Specialists work hard to make the experience the best possible given the circumstances.
