Went in for a root canal and had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Jaouni and his assistant Diana. They made sure I was comfortable enough to forget where I was at! I was nervous at first but ended up relaxing maybe a bit too much (might of taken a small nap!) all during the procedure. That made the visit go by fast and smooth, and not to mention that I am very satisfied with the results of my root canal. It is nice to be treated with care and made feel comfortable as opposed to all those cold and scary looking clinics.
When ever going to a new dentist for a procedure you have never had is nerve racking to say the least. But Cheyenne made me feel at ease immediately. Then there was confusion and she and Christal clear it up with insurance. Oh yeah the procedure went without a hitch too. If all doctors and staff were as accommodating as they were life would be easier for everyone.
Wow what a fantastic place! Several offices within the space for several practioners. We saw Dr. Aaron Thompson, amazing bedside manner and confidence in our treatment plan. We've been through several dentists to find someone who can care for my husband's teeth and anxiety over dental appointments and these guys are great. All the staff I interacted with was great and was able to answer all my questions, provide suggestions and options for treatment, and went over the benefits of my insurance with me. The highlight of the day was that the Dr was able to fit me for treatment in the same day as my consultation which was really appreciated given I travel almost every week.
Went in for an abscessed root canal which had given me days of pain with little relief. Was taken care of within 1 day of calling with respect and comfort. Even had head phones provided with music of my choice. Dr. Jaouni and his assistant made sure I was comfortable and took care of me completely. Would recommend this office for anyone needing a specialist! I was even able to pay my bill on an easy 3 month to a year payment plan. Thankful for this office and their sweet staff!
