Dr. Jaouni and staff members are so amazing! They are all professional, kind & compassionate. They make patients feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. J & all of the team members have such excellent communication skills. It is obvious that these people love what they do and care about patients!! Maybe it is just my luck. I called them to get an estimate for a root canal. I was told they only verify the insurance 2 days ahead of the appointment. i.e. in order to get an estimate, I'd have to make an appointment first. OK, let's make an appointment. I was told the next one available is on Oct 3rd, which is almost 3 months away. Again, they won't give me the estimate until 2 days before the appointment. Wow! 3 months to get an estimate? I guess their business is too good to care about small potatoes like me.
My dentist referred me to this practice. I now understand why. A sudden surprise infection necessitated a root canal treatment fast. This practice, located at Geo Bush Pkwy, was exceedingly effective. Both the staff and Dr. Thompson were excellent! No pain and just highly competent care. I highly recommend this practice and this particular Doc. They truly are specialists.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Jaouni was very gentle, and did a great job. I was comfortable throughout the procedure, and listening to music in the headphones while he was working helped me to relax. I will definitely recommend The Endodontic Specialists to anyone needing this type of service.
This office is amazing. My 14 year old daughter needed a root canal but due to the tooth being considered a hot tooth she had to be put under as numbing the old fashion way didn’t work at all different provider. Everyone was super friendly and understanding. They kept us up to date on her status the whole time. I have already recommended this office to other people and she just had her procedure done yesterday.
