Dr Jaouni is the absolute best Endodontist that I have had the misfortune to have to need. The office personnel and assistants are pleasant and make me feel valued as a client. Dr Jaouni’s communication is clear. He is thorough with his explanations, puts things in layman’s terms so that the information is easy to digest and help you make the best decisions for yourself. Dr. Thompson and his team are superb. I can not recommend enough. My 10 year old was treated yesterday and is completely out of pain today. He got us in so quickly. She didn’t need sedation or anything. He was so kind and caring with her. As a mom I was so nervous and he put all my fears to rest. I’m just so thankful there are doctors like this in the world. I am so pleased that it's down right embarrassing. I am a total ba y when it comes to going to the dentist let along an endodontist. I had to have a root canal. Major nervousness sit in. I was greeted by the very kind lady with the updo and unique glasses at the front desk. I was then escorted by Francine to get x-rays. Dr.Thompson was was totally awesome and amazing. No one likes going to the dentist, but Dr. Jaouni and the staff at Endodontic Specialists work hard to make the experience the best possible given the circumstances. The front desk staff are all welcoming, professional and supportive. Dr. Jaouni has a great bedside manner and makes sure that you understand what is going on and what your options are.
