Dr. Jaouni and staff members are so amazing! They are all professional, kind & compassionate. They make patients feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. J & all of the team members have such excellent communication skills. It is obvious that these people love what they do and care about patients!! I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff is at Endodontic Specialists. From the minute you walk in, the 2 ladies at the reception desk, are so kind! Then I met Helen, the dental assistant, I could tell she was actually a dentist as well! She was a dentist in Equador? (I know I got the country wrong, but she was on her way to being an Endodontist in the US). Then I met Dr. Aaron Thompson! He is so knowledgeable, kind, and quick!! Maybe it is just my luck. I called them to get an estimate for a root canal. I was told they only verify the insurance 2 days ahead of the appointment. i.e. in order to get an estimate, I'd have to make an appointment first. OK, let's make an appointment. I was told the next one available is on Oct 3rd, which is almost 3 months away. Again, they won't give me the estimate until 2 days before the appointment. Wow! 3 months to get an estimate? I guess their business is too good to care about small potatoes like me.

I had a root canal done by Dr. Thompson, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. He did an excellent job—everything was handled with great professionalism, and he was very kind and reassuring throughout the procedure. His assistant was also wonderful, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. From start to finish, the entire team made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Jaouni was very gentle, and did a great job. I was comfortable throughout the procedure, and listening to music in the headphones while he was working helped me to relax. I will definitely recommend The Endodontic Specialists to anyone needing this type of service.
