It was an uncomfortable situation but as soon as I got there the friendly staff made me feel at ease. The medical team was very polite and professional. The procedure went smoothly and was as comfortable as possible. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
Had pain for a couple of days. Dentist recommended this office. I was leaving town on a Sunday, and they saw me on Friday within a hour of my dentist referral. Can’t say enough good things about Dr Thompson, and his assistant Helen. They both were brilliant! Helen made me at ease with her laugh. Dr. Thompson was very personable, and caring. Pain was minimal during the procedure. Basically just for the Novocain. Was in and out in a couple of hours, took a couple of Tylenol for a day or two and was good to go. I recently had a root canal procedure done at the Endodontic Specialist’s, Dr Jaouni, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel at ease. The nurse was incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring, ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Jaouni was absolutely outstanding—professional, gentle, and highly skilled. Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I was made to feel comfortable and I really appreciated their understanding my fears. I definitely recommend them!
Dr. Jaouni did a really good job with my root canal I needed. What I really appreciated the most is he cared for my pain tolerance and was very generous with using antiseptic 🙏🏾 His assistant was very helpful as well and made the experience more enjoyable. They walked through the x-rays 🩻 and made sure I knew what was going on. Overall the office experience was good, friendly and the technology was advanced. Only downside was the root canal was very expensive. They do have payment plan which made this all possible.
