Initially I came for neuromodulators to manage headaches, but started getting aesthetic treatments as well, and I have only good things to say. Jo, Maheen and all the staff are exceptionally professional, kind and approachable. The team has gone above and beyond, and I've been impressed with the level of care an attention I've received. I would highly reccomend anyone interested in aesthetic treatments to book a consultation here. Nurse Jo is clearly are gifted with an aesthetic eye, and her work speaks for itself :)
My Facial Experience – Self-Care Ritual I recently had a hydrating facial, and it was absolutely refreshing. My skin felt soft and smooth afterward, and I especially loved the face massage—so relaxing and rejuvenating! This is part of my self-care routine that I treat myself to every six months, special occasions and my birthday, and it never disappoints. Highly recommend for anyone needing a skin reset and a moment of peace.
Horrific almost low key hostile "facial" experience with a person named Maheen and I had to walk out half way with a mask on my face because I just felt attacked and uncomfortable. They refunded me around 40% of the cost to me which is fair as I went in late due to traffic, and they have accommodated me postponing the facial prior. If you are at all skeptical or afraid of proceeding w a Sofwave treatment, don’t be. The team at Face Lab is beyond amazing and the outcome is beautiful. There was no discomfort at all while using the ‘cooling wand’, in fact I could have easily fallen asleep. If you want to shave years off your face and have that ‘snatched look’ of the jawline, cheeks and eyebrow area, run don’t walk to FaceLab. 5 stars most definitely
At first glance, the services seemed well priced, however when nothing that was done to me actually produced any results whatsoever, wven 6 months afterwards, is it still considered affordable?? And I agree with some od the above comments stating that the staff uses your appointment to point out what is wrong with your face, so that they can upsell you. This was my experience as well, and although I was content with my experience back then, this was my main deterrent in visiting again.
