Facelab is a yes, I went 2 days ago and people are still inquiring about my glow. I did PRFM UnderEye injections and Microinfusions + CryoBoost to help with swelling. Nurse Jo has magical hands and is super knowledgeable PLUS the team there are welcoming and professional. The pic on the right shows when one eye was done - such a difference! Annnd love the location, Dundas West is poppin rn. Also directly across the street from Nile, currently the coolest coffee shop in the city!
I’ve had a lovely opportunity to be serviced by The Face Lab on multiple occasions and the service has always been outstanding. From day one of my consultation with Marlaina who treated me with care while providing me with expert advice on my treatment options to Stephanie who is very sweet, kind and personable while completing all my Microneedling sessions. Thank you to all the staff that were kind and welcoming with smiles ready to greet you upon arrival, that never went unnoticed ❤️.
Nurse Jo is incredibly insightful, providing and honest and thoughtful guidance during my consultation on what treatments would best be suited for my skin type and concerns. Her knowledge when it comes to treatments for a various skin tones was especially impressive. The treatments I ended up going with she was able to stack in one day which was so convenient for me. I had no downtime and there was no pain. Can’t recommend face lab enough.
I had the best facial I have ever had! Stephanie was wonderful and my face has never looked better! The place is spotless and the atmosphere is beautiful. I will definitely come back and refer The Face Lab to others.
I was optimistic about this place based on all the positive reviews. What I found was inconsistency of information and advice as well as lot of pressure to purchase their products. The staff told me I could get my treatments spaced 2 weeks apart but then the owner chastised me for not coming in weekly. They were clearly not on the same page. I also had to push to get my treatment notes and found things in there that the nurse practitioner and I had categorically NOT discussed. Treatment didn’t help my acne as I had hoped ... read more
