Scott and his team made the mortgage process so easy! They always stayed in communication and were there to answer any questions I had. I also liked the convenience of e-signing documents and having a single portal where documents could easily be accessed.

As a first time home buyer, I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth this process was. That is a testament to the team at Family Mortgage. At each step of the process, Scott, Wendi or Michelle would explain what to expect and outline very thoroughly what I need to do and by when. They anticipated what was needed for my loan and so there were no last minute surprises or asks for additional paperwork. I also very much appreciate the video walkthroughs for my loan.
