Reasonable price! Safe area! 2 minutes to the subway! Incredibly cozy office! Even coffee with 3 types of milk are included in the price 😭🙏 Office is open 24/7! This is the best I managed to for this price! I can sit at the table, I can work on the sofa! Very comfortable! The office visitors are well-mannered! Thank you, Dear Team of Farm SoHo! 🙏❤️

It wasn’t bad—but it wasn’t great. The good: - very clean space - great location - relatively affordable by co-working space standards - very practical, heavy duty furniture The bad: The instructions on the website say to buzz the 2nd floor and you’ll be let in, so we did that and got no response. We re-read the email, and it turns out none of that was true, and you actually have to download an app to buzz yourself in. Fine, but wish the messaging was consistent. I used the day pass during my visit to the city, work areas were clean, quiet, and there was always a place to take a meeting if needed. The espresso machine was an added perk! I was able to step out, grab a delicious salad from a nearby restaurant and easily access the building on my way back. Ray was super friendly and responsive to my questions. I will definitely be back!
Hands down, The Farm is NYC’s best co-working space available! The aesthetic is super cool with a rustic interior and tons of interior space. Amazing management team and 24 hour access, too! Pedro, Community Manager, is incredibly attentive and always there to ensure things run smoothly each day. Can’t say enough about the place!
