I used the day pass during my visit to the city, work areas were clean, quiet, and there was always a place to take a meeting if needed. The espresso machine was an added perk! I was able to step out, grab a delicious salad from a nearby restaurant and easily access the building on my way back. Ray was super friendly and responsive to my questions. I will definitely be back!
Bought a day pass and stayed for about 4 hours. Spacious, quiet, and a great location. My only critiques are that the “espresso” coffee machine is very bad and there are only 4 real phone booths, all of which were busy the whole time. Otherwise it was a great space for the cost.
This is a great space to focus! The air feels fresh, the sound booths for privacy are perfect, the complimentary coffee/tea is amazingly good! Very clean and tidy! Totally worth the price. Everyone is quiet and respectful!
Hands down, The Farm is NYC’s best co-working space available! The aesthetic is super cool with a rustic interior and tons of interior space. Amazing management team and 24 hour access, too! Pedro, Community Manager, is incredibly attentive and always there to ensure things run smoothly each day. Can’t say enough about the place!
It was my first time working at The Farm today. I had a great experience. The friendly staff helped me navigate getting in and explained how the tables and phone booths work. The space is clean and so are the bathrooms. If you work near the windows there is a lot of natural light pouring in. There’s also a kitchen area and fridge where you can store your lunch. I will definitely come again
