HIGHLY recommend!! We did a full bathroom remodel, as well as a renovation of our converted attic space. Macy was phenomenal - she helped us choose every detail, she checked in on progress regularly, she gave us constant updates and set expectations for what would happen each week, she was responsive to ALL our questions, and she was just so easy and enjoyable to work with. Brian’s team did the construction and was equally wonderful to work with. Our entire experience was so positive and we love our refreshed spaces!!

I used The Floor Shoppe to redo my floors, counters, and backsplash. Macy helped with the selections, coordinated the job, and came and checked on the work each time the contractors were working. The design center is extensive with choices. They have everything from you traditional, trendy, or luxurious. I highly recommend them!

Macy was awesome to work with through the remodeling process. She is very helpful and answered all of my questions. She helped me plan how to do my bathroom remodel which can be very overwhelming. I really appreciated Macy’s help. Herman and Saul were professional and did an awesome job with the tile and quartz. They showed up when they said they would. Thank you Floor Shoppe.

My home was completed today and I could not wait to write a review. I walked into The Floor Shoppe and Macy greeted me with a smile on her face ready to help. 30 minutes later all of the decisions I had been trying to make for 2+ years had been made and were exactly my vision. From the beautiful white oak hardwood that paired perfectly with the light carpet, to the soft paint colors, and the gorgeous blue grasscloth wallpaper. Don’t assume like I did that they are competent enough to listen to what you ask for because the owner Hillary Dishman Shook will blame you for not catching their mistake on the invoice and telling you that you should’ve caught it. Tile was put in rooms where it shouldn’t have been and they wouldn’t correct it unless I paid for the tile.
