RecommendedGarcia Group has managed our Triplex for many years. They make it so easy to own a rental property by taking care of all the maintenance and keeping the tenants happy.
I contacted this company and asked for a showing on a rental. I said that i could be there that day or whenever. They said that the earliest that they could schedule a showing was 5 days hence on a weekday morning. So,taking time off from work i showed up at the appointed time.
