Just wanted to write a review while I can remember still. First things first ..application process was very smooth and straightforward , you’ll find that everything from the start to end is all digital or online. I love that.. no need to talk to someone when the information you need is right there , our unit was as clean as the first day we toured it. The concept is nice, quality not great, but okay. Getting things repaired properly, and promptly is horrible, the property management company doesn’t care, we’ve been here a little over 90 days. Front door is warped, won’t replace, instead took a wide rubber gasket and nails to close the wide open gap. The leak in pantry, plumber fixed leak in 3 days from work order, but two weeks later still can’t use pantry because no shelves, drywall missing, in other words not finished repairing still waiting. I Haven’t even moved in yet and I was told that someone would meet me to give me the keys today and no one has contacted me or showed up. It’s now 20minutes after scheduled time. I’m now sitting outside of a home that I have put first months rent down on and I can’t get in. Really wasted my time. This wouldn’t have been an issue if there was just some communication involved here.
Update: I was unavailable yesterday to respond, but please note, I did not have to contact management. Shawn-Marie contacted me first thing Monday morning. Shawn-Marie and upper management were contacted via email over the weekend. Despite it being her day off, Shawn-Marie went above and beyond to address our concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a true commitment to exceptional service. The house itself has a nice floor plan, but unfortunately the poor management and lack of attention to detail really ruins the place. If you look back at positive reviews you’ll notice almost all of them mention Shawn Marie who no longer works here. It is now near impossible to get ahold of anyone in a timely manner if at all. Lots of empty offers never followed through on. When we were moving we almost lost our new place because no one would reply to the real story about rental verification.
