the building is ok this is likely the best building in new brunswick in terms of the building itself, pricing, and newness. that being said, it also looks nicer than it is. the walls are far from sound proof, it gets incredibly hot and humid in the summer (the ventilation is basically zero so the apt starts to smell), and the front desk staff seem to be overstretched. it is also inconvenient to have a parking deck across the street when it comes to bringing back groceries/purchases. in terms of overall location, its great - ... read more
Don't expect to get your security deposit back Initially, I was pretty impressed with the initial your they gave you. However, after living there for a little while you start to realize that much of the material and construction of the place felt very cheap. Which brings me to my main point.
