The work was done by our maintenance man ALI, he came did a great job, He even explain the work that he was doing. Every time that I have a problem I pray that Ali come to do the work. I have been here over 20 years and he is the best. He greets you with a smile every time and leave with a smile. Also the work is done one time and right
My review is completely based in maintenance assistance. Bless Ali, he's been here since I moved in and was the sole reason I felt comfortable renewing the lease. I know that if something is wrong I can count on him to listen to me, and fix things quickly. That was proven doubly today when I found him to explain a water damage issue in the ceiling. He was at my door in 10 mins, found the problem, and had people in to fix it within the hour. Anywhere else, you'd be waiting 3 business days to have someone come take a look. Not... read more
I rarely write reviews but felt like I needed to. Ill start with the positive, the only reason this place deserves one star is that the maintenance guys are friendly, and the rent is good!, they get you on trash and other added on fees but other than that I would not recommend this place as a home to anyone. I talked to someone the day before moving in and when I got here they told me I couldn't move in until tomorrow and that I couldn't use my bedroom for 2 more days. Was looking for a place a did the application like around April 2023 and I never heard anything back so by that time I already got a place but they took $200 from me and canceled my application and I didn’t even know it was canceled until I checked and recently I called just to see what wassup and somebody answered and I told them what happened and they said they would call back and they never did. If you ever need maintenance don't. I was left without power to my unit, no heat when its 30 degrees outside overnight into the morning. No power to my refrigerator for over 8hours. 24 hour maintenance is a joke
