Good neighborhood in a great school district. Construction is fast and not without some problems, but houses are warrantied and the designs are very good. Neighborhood emenities are way behind schedule being built though, building a significant lack of trust in the developer, Holt Development and Holt Homes. HOA management company Blue Mountain represents the developer, not the home owners, at this point in the development process and is unreasonable to deal with while also being slow and poor in communication. May you never become a gated community. It is so quaint to have Parks inside of this neighborhood complete with playgrounds walking paths and bathrooms. A role model for the development of other neighborhoods.
Bought a new bone here. We like the small town feel of Camas. Holt home had been good so far
