This place is the best, Big shout out to Cindy! I had the appt. booked at 8pm as I have my exams for school. I badly needed my nails done, as it was my only time to do it. Cindy did not make me feel that she was rushing or something. She took her time to make my nails look good. I highly suggest to go in this nail place if you want good experience, and high quality nails. They close at 9 but Cindy did not mind it at all. We finished at 10pm! I highly Recommend here, LAURA Hands is the best nail tech in Ottawa. Her Nail skills are beyond amazing always come out better than expected. The salon is very clean And staff are always respectful and polite 10/10 ask for Laura you will have zero Disappointment It’s very hard to find someone who specializes in long nails to I get xxl And the shape is out of this world love love love
First time visiting. I was very pleased with the pedicure/no polish I received by Kina. She was gentle and attentive to my request. Relaxing friendly atmosphere. I'll definitely be back.
Quaint little shop owned by Cindy. She was able to take me in last minute and gave the most attention to detail I’ve ever received at a nail salon. Non judgemental, gentle, and attentive to requests. Although I don’t regularly get my nails done, this place will be my go-to for those special occasions. Thanks Cindy!
