David did an exceptional job on my nails. His attention to detail, professionalism, and care truly stood out. The results were elegant and beautifully done, and the entire experience felt both relaxing and refined. I’m very pleased with the service and would highly recommend him.
I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon. There were very limited nail color options, and I struggled to find anything I liked. The overall selection felt quite poor compared to other salons. The owner was sweet and welcoming, but my experience with the technician was not great. The interaction felt uncomfortable, and the service afterward seemed rushed and not very professional. I loved the staff here. The mom even made sure I got home safe. When a client caused a scene . Everyone knows I don’t public scenes. To the daughter I also got to know. You’re doing a great job and making your family proud. Keep up the great work. It didn’t go unnoticed, especially by me. 🤗
This place is the best, Big shout out to Cindy! I had the appt. booked at 8pm as I have my exams for school. I badly needed my nails done, as it was my only time to do it. Cindy did not make me feel that she was rushing or something. She took her time to make my nails look good. I highly suggest to go in this nail place if you want good experience, and high quality nails. They close at 9 but Cindy did not mind it at all. We finished at 10pm! I highly Recommend here, LAURA Hands is the best nail tech in Ottawa. Her Nail skills are beyond amazing always come out better than expected. The salon is very clean And staff are always respectful and polite 10/10 ask for Laura you will have zero Disappointment It’s very hard to find someone who specializes in long nails to I get xxl And the shape is out of this world love love love
