My stars are only for David’s kindness… however everything else about this experience was not great. I booked an appointment online for Gel-X with Mimi. I show up 5 minutes early and there is nobody there, that’s fine, I wait. The salon looks very unorganized and cluttered, and a little grimy, but I really need my nails done. There is an iPad and several payment terminals left out and unattended on the work stations while I wait. The hours are great and the staff are nice, but the experience was disorganized. I called ahead and confirmed several times that I could have a manicure and pedicure done at the same time, but when I arrived, that wasn’t possible, so I only had time for the pedicure. The gel color selection was also very limited, and several colors that looked solid in the sample book were actually sheer, so we wasted quite a bit of time trying to find options. David did an exceptional job on my nails. His attention to detail, professionalism, and care truly stood out. The results were elegant and beautifully done, and the entire experience felt both relaxing and refined. I’m very pleased with the service and would highly recommend him.
I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon. There were very limited nail color options, and I struggled to find anything I liked. The overall selection felt quite poor compared to other salons. The owner was sweet and welcoming, but my experience with the technician was not great. The interaction felt uncomfortable, and the service afterward seemed rushed and not very professional. I loved the staff here. The mom even made sure I got home safe. When a client caused a scene . Everyone knows I don’t public scenes. To the daughter I also got to know. You’re doing a great job and making your family proud. Keep up the great work. It didn’t go unnoticed, especially by me. 🤗
