I loved the staff here. The mom even made sure I got home safe. When a client caused a scene . Everyone knows I don’t public scenes. To the daughter I also got to know. You’re doing a great job and making your family proud. Keep up the great work. It didn’t go unnoticed, especially by me. 🤗
This place is the best, Big shout out to Cindy! I had the appt. booked at 8pm as I have my exams for school. I badly needed my nails done, as it was my only time to do it. Cindy did not make me feel that she was rushing or something. She took her time to make my nails look good. I highly suggest to go in this nail place if you want good experience, and high quality nails. They close at 9 but Cindy did not mind it at all. We finished at 10pm! I highly Recommend here, LAURA Hands is the best nail tech in Ottawa. Her Nail skills are beyond amazing always come out better than expected. The salon is very clean And staff are always respectful and polite 10/10 ask for Laura you will have zero Disappointment It’s very hard to find someone who specializes in long nails to I get xxl And the shape is out of this world love love love
Just finished getting a massage from Kina and it was literally the best massage I’ve had!! I was very tight around my left hip and I feel 100 times better. Definitely coming back.
Amazing experience! I called the salon around 8pm (they close at 9) to see if they could fit me in last minute - it was no problem. I needed to remove an old stubborn set of nails first, Cindy took such care in removing them even though they were tough! She then gave me a beautiful gel french manicure, actually staying open to do this for me well past her closing time!! 100% recommend this business. Cindy was wonderful!
