The crew did a wonderful job with my window installations. I had 4 windows replaced in my 4 story building. They were able to install the new windows from the inside and did not have to use a crane to do the work from the exterior. I sure that I saved a substantial amount of money that way. The workers were very neat and courteous. They cleaned the windows, removed the stickers, and removed all materials. After they left you would not have known that they had been there (except for the beautiful windows).
Very pleased… technician, Scott, arrived on time for both the quote and later the installation. He finished the job quickly and made sure the new window was clean before he left. Highly recommend this company!
The customer service for this company is terrible. They replaced some glass in my home and they never could get it to stop leaking. They would not return calls or made any attempt to contact us. They were reported to the Better Business Bureau and failed to respond. I contacted a reputable company and they were able to resolve the issue in very little time. Absolutely would not recommend this company. I also informed neighbors and coworkers so they would not have to deal with this poor customer service.
