the voicemail for the emergency line is cut and dry unprofessional! This housing community would rather their residents live in squalor rather than get up and do their job. very disappointing call the emergency line and press 3 than 2 very unprofessional shame on the entire staff and management
Currently living there been there for almost three years never any problems till currently. 1) The property manager (David)is never on site never returned your phone calls or emails if he is there office is always locked 2) my air conditioner has been out for 3 weeks(mind you we in tha south and I do have children)gave me a portable ventilation but only in one room and it’s not installed correctly.
