The best apartment complex we’ve ever lived in! hands down! The units are beautifully designed, the amenities are well maintained, and the entire building is impressively low maintenance. we barely had to ask for anything. And honestly, a huge part of what made it feel like home was the team behind it: Amy and Ozzy. Amy, the property manager, and Ozzy, the maintenance lead, are both truly incredible. After calling the Goodrich home for a little over two years, my significant other and I (as well as our dog) are reluctantly moving out in order to be closer to work. We have been in the Akron area for going on a decade with experience at 3 other apartments in the area and we are happy to say that we saved the best for last. Amy has always been helpful and attentive and Ozzy was personable and efficient fulfilling maintenance requests. We will miss living here as well as the people who made it such a pleasant community!
I called The Goodrich my home for 3 years and had a great experience. Loved the easy access to the towpath and having a brewery right next door. I had minimal issues during my tenure, but when I did Amy was quick to help and resolve. The dog washing room was perfect to wash down my Savannah after walks on the towpath. Also enjoyed the spacious gym. If you love loft style apartments it’s the perfect building.
We looked online at several apartments and finally came to look here…SOLD! Silvia was the reason for our decision to lease. Her knowledge of the Apartment was impeccable! She not only had a very positive outlook she was accurate at giving us details before we could ask. I am going to recommend this complex and make sure that Silivia is given as a referral!
I was so nervous moving into a building like this but it’s the best move I’ve made. Amy, the PM and Ozzy, the best groundskeeper together they are this place without them it wouldn’t be nearly as great! They keep the place fun, clean and safe! Resident parties, coffee and snacks provided throughout the day in the lobby. They are so attentive and available with a smile every time!
