We had good service from Carlos. I came with my sister & a friend. I kindly asked him to changed my meal from fish & chips to lamb shank, after we ordered 15 mins prior. He managed to do it for me. He was lovely, always smiling and laughing with us. He was great host to us.
Top Notch - Excellent experience. We went out as a family to celebratemy mum's 83rd Birthday. The food was excellent and the service was amazing. Maria and Sadi were super professional and made us feel very special - thank you! Also the General Manager - Joseph was really amazing in accomodating our booking and requests. Highly recommended...
Went here on one of the hottest days of the year in London and Carlos served us. He allowed us to sit outside (when he’d already sat us inside! Too cold :-D) and he made us the most fabulous cocktails, he is so good at Hugo’s!! & he has the most lovely personality. Thank you for your hospitality, fab food and cocktails! :-)
The location (opposite Trafalgar Square) is premium, and this is definitely reflected in the prices. However, that and the entire ambience of comfort with a touch of luxury (with both indoor and outdoor seating options), is a key part of the experience.The Italian menu choices are wide without being overwhelming, and the service was warm, efficient, and very customer-focused. Walked past this gorgeous place and thought we would treat ourselves, how I was wrong. The menu items looked amazing and for a pretty penny, we waited 30 minutes for our drinks and another hour for the food which then came out freezing and I had to send back. Looks lovely however service and food not up to standard for the price you’re paying. When I got fresh warm(ish) food the eggs were hard and bread not toasted. Wouldn’t recommend
