Charged service charge for you to collect your own coffees. Absolute con. Also, request your drinks to be takeaway, pay half the price and then drink them somewhere else within Westfield. Plenty of space elsewhere and you save yourself a fortune
Came here for tea & cake with a friend. Staff appeared friendly at first as we were able to sit where liked & waiter came back to take order. He seemed put out that my friend only wanted tea with nothing to eat even though I had ordered the scones. His expression was very clear on his face. My friend decided on the chocolate gateau. Teas and cake was great. Scones were mixed. One was fine but the other was overheated probably in microwave & was hard. When bill came no service charge included which is unusual.
