The cafe located opposite to Urban Outfitters offers an excellent atmosphere, excellent service, and friendly staff members. My kids and I enjoyed our stay today.
Charged service charge for you to collect your own coffees. Absolute con. Also, request your drinks to be takeaway, pay half the price and then drink them somewhere else within Westfield. Plenty of space elsewhere and you save yourself a fortune
Was there at 5 pm. Waited at the entrance to be seated, nobody came for good 5 mins when the cafe was clearly not busy with two waiters. When I went inside to check, the waiter almost forced to order takeaway while it clearly said it closes at 6 pm on Sundays. The waiter just ignored everyone including me like the food and drinks are on the house. I ordered a latte and the waiter said everything is out of stock and forced me to order an iced matcha. Came here for tea & cake with a friend. Staff appeared friendly at first as we were able to sit where liked & waiter came back to take order. He seemed put out that my friend only wanted tea with nothing to eat even though I had ordered the scones. His expression was very clear on his face. My friend decided on the chocolate gateau. I have been served by the guy Mehedi, he so friendly and helpful. I really recommend it to any one who come to Westfield White City. I also find so delicious red velvet cake.
