I wish i can give this place a 0 star. I don’t even know where to start. The management doesn’t care about its residents. The maintenance here is a nightmare. It takes months for anything to get fixed. I had to wait over two months for my A/C to be repaired while it was over 80 degrees outside, and the only reason it finally got done was because I threatened to withhold rent. DO NOT LIVE HERE! Management is awful. We had countless issues that were either never resolved or took month to fix. The “amenities” they claim to have were open were hardly ever open and I lived there for 2 years. The buildings smell disgusting and are gross. Property looks like it never gets cleaned. Office will charge you for things and then not tell you what it’s for, especially after you move out. Cleaned my whole apartment and still got a “mandatory” cleaning fee. I never do google reviews for places but I have to for this place for people’s sake. I wish I could give negative stars. Literally WORST place to live!!! Don’t even bother cleaning your apartment upon moving out. Doesn’t matter how much you deep clean, they’ll keep your security deposit even for their “lowest level cleaning charges.” I paid $400 for a brand new shark carpet cleaner and they’re still charging me $125 for a “light carpet clean” like their handy dandy equipment can do a better job than my top of the line. Please don’t live here. Parents don’t let your children live here. Nothing works and the office people give you thousands of excuses as to why something can’t get done or why the amenities don’t work. maintenance is never available to fix anything. 1st day I moved in we had nails in our carpet. And our balcony door broken. It’s been 2 years and the door still hasn’t been fixed since. You’re paying for amenities and everything is broken. Parents do not let your college kids live here. Beware that no matter how clean you leave the apartment they will deduct just under $267 from your security deposit to “clean and shampoo” regardless of how clean you leave it. The agreement you sign when you pick up the keys states there will be a clean and shampoo fee deducted but doesn’t tell you it’s just under $300. It does not state this in the lease agreement so since you have already signed the lease they force you to agree to the cleaning just for picking up the key... read more
