I wish i can give this place a 0 star. I don’t even know where to start. The management doesn’t care about its residents. The maintenance here is a nightmare. It takes months for anything to get fixed. I had to wait over two months for my A/C to be repaired while it was over 80 degrees outside, and the only reason it finally got done was because I threatened to withhold rent. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I've only been here 3 months and I can't believe I'm going to be stuck here for another 7. The management team is filled with some of the most unhelpful and useless employees I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Off the cuff, our mailbox had no door on it (still doesn't). Management offered no help and replied with, essentially, "that's not our issue". The place is clean, comfortable, and cozy with the pool . Maintenance is quick and on time. Security is top notch, the leasing process is simple and easy to follow. The team members are first in responding during emergencies or when in need. The team members are very professional and welcoming. I like how they have made it easy by having all bills together which I find more convenient. They also have a convenient bill plan that helps relieve the burden of paying at once. I can go on and on. The place is worthy the rent.
Within a month I regretted not listening to the reviews and living here. We had an infestation of silverfish, beetles, and ants. I had a hole in my bathroom wall that had large spiders crawling out. My parents had to come and fix it for me. I also had to do all the extermination work myself and contact the city before anything got done about it. I enjoy living here! Maintenance is great! I’ve had a few issues with older appliances not working but they’ve been excellent about fixing them every time. I have no complaints.
