The Grove has always been a great place to live. The rooms are always clean and the staff knew their jobs. Kait Thompson has always been the one I go to anytime I have questions or concerns and she’s always been a great resource. I mean she even gave me her card to call anytime I had questions. I hope to return to the grove in the near future because I really miss the place.
Kait Thompson provided the best service at The Grove at Mankato. She makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive and clearly knows her job very well. She is professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Her positive attitude and dedication truly make the experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend working with her if you want excellent service.
I wish i can give this place a 0 star. I don’t even know where to start. The management doesn’t care about its residents. The maintenance here is a nightmare. It takes months for anything to get fixed. I had to wait over two months for my A/C to be repaired while it was over 80 degrees outside, and the only reason it finally got done was because I threatened to withhold rent. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I've only been here 3 months and I can't believe I'm going to be stuck here for another 7. The management team is filled with some of the most unhelpful and useless employees I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Off the cuff, our mailbox had no door on it (still doesn't). Management offered no help and replied with, essentially, "that's not our issue". Within a month I regretted not listening to the reviews and living here. We had an infestation of silverfish, beetles, and ants. I had a hole in my bathroom wall that had large spiders crawling out. My parents had to come and fix it for me. I also had to do all the extermination work myself and contact the city before anything got done about it.
