Apartments are very cheap and not nice for what you pay. Their “amenities” never work or are never open. It’s July and we don’t even have a pool or hot tub. Everything in the apartment was cheaply built and they are not nice. I live in the “new” building and still wouldn’t recommend this apartment facility to anyone. Maintenance team could be a little more proactive when it comes to fixes.
Not bad, rent is ok for what it is. They don't care for their facilities though. Hot tub hasn't been open since I've moved in (half a year). Pool still isn't open half way into summer and office can't even provide a guess.
Place it built like a cardboard box. Above apartment residents stomp all day and it is incredibly annoying to live with. The walls are very thin and do not block out any outside noise. I submitted around 10 noise complaints and received feedback from management only 4 times saying that they would fix the problem but they never did and I never noticed any difference. I lived at the Grove for two years and was so happy to leave. We had so many problems that never got resolved, maintenance would walk in at early hours with no notice, disgusting laundry room with washers that never worked, and they charged us for insane things when we left even though we did a deep clean (carpet replacement even though they got a new one before we moved in???) I was very disappointed with the Grove and would not recommend it.
All around a terrible place to rent from. Apartment is nothing special, maint issues don't get resolved, they walk into your apt without a 24 hr notice, which by the way is against the law, but they don't care. People in the office don't give 2 shots about you, they tell you 1 thing, then do exact opposite. And this was under their so called new management.
