All around a terrible place to rent from. Apartment is nothing special, maint issues don't get resolved, they walk into your apt without a 24 hr notice, which by the way is against the law, but they don't care. People in the office don't give 2 shots about you, they tell you 1 thing, then do exact opposite. And this was under their so called new management. If I could rate this place a Zero, I WOULD. It’s hard for me to believe that they’re still have people willing to rent from them. I lived at The Grove for 2 lease terms, 2 different units. The office team is very unhelpful and honestly just to tell you what you would like to hear. Whenever they are in the wrong in the situation they just say “I’m sorry and we understand your frustration,” and then do absolutely nothing to show that they are apologetic. I lived at the Grove for two years and was so happy to leave. We had so many problems that never got resolved, maintenance would walk in at early hours with no notice, disgusting laundry room with washers that never worked, and they charged us for insane things when we left even though we did a deep clean (carpet replacement even though they got a new one before we moved in???) I was very disappointed with the Grove and would not recommend it.

If I could rate this horrible place a 0 I would. They are literally thieves. When we moved in there were vomit stains on the floor and it was dirty we took pictures and documented it. We get out deposit back and they took $180 out of it for carpet cleaning and even more for a cleaning fee when we cleaned it better than it was left for us. There was mold on the shower heads that’s disgusting. We called and emailed multiple times and didn’t hear back for weeks. did not implement handrails to my 3rd floor apartment as I cannot get up stairs easy due to a fully broken leg. You also hung up on me while I was calling about it and have not done anything after me reaching out over 4 times now. Embarrassing...
