The worst place I have ever had the misfortune of renting from. Horrible communication and gross incompetence from office staff, the more important it is, the worse they’ll treat you. Avoid at all costs. Even after moving out, they still manage to inconvenience me wherever possible! Refused to issue a correct CRP and made sure to ignore every single email and phone call from me. Trust the other negative reviews: if they can scam you and screw you over, they absolutely will.
The buildings themselves are decent, however property staff will try to scam you and double charge you, especially on renters insurance. You have to watch your ledger close and make sure they don’t scam you. The office staff will be especially rude to you though, especially when you are just trying to check on when the hot tub will be open. They told tentants all of winter 2023, “We’re hoping by the end of the month” for 4 months straight. Pool and hot tub are never open and the gym equipment is an injury waiting to happen... better than highland but not great. Find a private landlord, not this place.
I’m writing this review on my wife’s account but I would live anywhere else, but this place. We lived here this past year, and it was probably the worst living experience I’ve ever had. don’t expect to get your damage deposit back because they will take every dollar they possibly can. Their maintenance team is absolutely useless. You see them riding around on their four wheelers all day but never do any maintenance. There’s constantly trash all over the place. Owned and now managed by a company out of Texas. They don’t care. Here is a partial list of the issues my daughter and her boyfriend have had starting from the day they moved in. 1. Wasn’t cleaned. At all- and they tried to tell us it had been done. Disgustingly dirty. When I say disgusting, think of mold, stains, gum in carpets, hair all over the walls, like I’m not sure it had ever been cleaned. It took 5 of us at least 2 days to clean everything.
