The place is clean, comfortable, and cozy with the pool . Maintenance is quick and on time. Security is top notch, the leasing process is simple and easy to follow. The team members are first in responding during emergencies or when in need. The team members are very professional and welcoming. I like how they have made it easy by having all bills together which I find more convenient. They also have a convenient bill plan that helps relieve the burden of paying at once. I can go on and on. The place is worthy the rent.
I wish i can give this place a 0 star. I don’t even know where to start. The management doesn’t care about its residents. The maintenance here is a nightmare. It takes months for anything to get fixed. I had to wait over two months for my A/C to be repaired while it was over 80 degrees outside, and the only reason it finally got done was because I threatened to withhold rent. If I could give this complex a 0 star I would, the maintenance team is awful, amenities are never open or extremely unkept, management team is very unhelpful and snarky to their residents. At the end of your lease they will guaranteed overcharge you on your deposit. Not to mention cockroaches in multiple apartments and mold all throughout the apartments. I would recommend nobody to live here the extra commute time from a further complex to the university is worth it.
Our daughter's experience at The Grove was less than desirable. The apartment was not clean when they moved in, the entire year the hot tub was not working and when she asked about it, there was no response. She moved out in July and after moving out was charged fees for cleaning, painting, and a carpet cleaning fee. The rooms are spacious and clean. Recently maintenance have been responding really quick. A large parking space too makes it great to live there. My only issue is why the hot tub doesn’t work. Hopefully something is done about it.
