I had a tour Today with Gracie and it went amazing! The community felt modern, clean and was a great vibe. While I do want to highlight the community, I do owe Gracie this review as I left truly feeling welcomed and heard in regard to what I was looking for! Keep up the amazing work, Gracie! I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a fresh start in Columbus, OH!
Had a great virtual tour experience with Emma. Being that I am moving from out of state, I was weary of a virtual tour but she answered my many questions (even when I would repeat myself) with patience and details. She was transparent and insightful and even sent me further videos and pictures I forgot to ask for later the next day after my virtual tour. This great experience is different from those I've had with other complexes' virtual tours, and it is what made me desire to submit an application!
Recently toured here with a friend and the community looks amazing! Really modern, clean vibe, and the Gym is HUGE you wouldn’t even need a gym membership.
I absolutely love this place, The workout center is the best! My townhouse is very modern and spacious. All the ladies in the office are really sweet and helpful if you have any issues, Aubrey works extra hard to make things smooth for your move.
Don't sign here The greedy worker will stole your money! I had to cancel my application since I am admitted to other university. They refused to give my deposit back when I actually didn't signed for anything!! They told be few weeks ago they would be reviewing my documents and create lease papers and this happened!(I am international student and I was waiting for my new I20 because leasing office asked for it). I didn't asked to get my whole application fee back, I asked for my deposit and all they answering is no refund! K... read more
