What happened to this company? I dealt with Alison when I installed gutters and gutter covers from them about 5 years ago. They said they had a lifetime warranty, only if we called them for any repairs. Fast forward to July 2025. A storm hit and a tree caused some damage on the gutters. Called them to get an estimate and Alison arrived three weeks later. Amazing customer service and very professional. They came in, worked diligently and left with little to no impact on my day. Will definitely be using this gutter cleaning service again.
called for a quote for gutter cleaning. They did come by but then it took multiple phone calls and reminders to get the quote sent. Responded to the quote to schedule and have been unable to get a response or communication from the company. If they are too stretched thin to provide the service they should be up front so we don't waste our time for weeks on end
My kids got a few tennis balls into the gutters and they stopped draining. I did a google search and randomly found these guys. They were easy to communicate with (via text) and did a great job promptly. I didn’t shop around, but the rates seemed reasonable. I was a little concerned about prepaying for the service, but they were very reliable. Will definitely use them again if I need to clean gutters.
I have now used Gutter Guys twice for two of my houses, and I could not be happier. I love how professional and non-pushy Ryan, our rep, was. He gave me the time that I needed to make my decision. They got everything installed in one day. The installer Dave was also very nice and cordial. I will keep using gutter guys if I ever buy any more houses and will highly recommend them to all my friends. I have had their gutter helmet installed at my rental for two years now and I love not having to clean my gutters. It works great!
