Just moved in! The apartment was in the best shape, hands down, relative to any other property I have lived at. Clean, prepped perfectly. I ran into a couple issues (neither were the Hall Lofts fault) - but Rachel and the leasing team helped without hesitation - and rectified my WiFi technical issue. The Amenities are unmatched in variety. For the price - in my humble opinion - you can’t find a living community that offers great amenities in the North Loop area for this value. 5 stars easy.
I recently toured The Hall Lofts and wanted to share my experience! I’ll admit I had some reservations after reading a few of the Google reviews, but I was really interested in seeing the community for myself. The complex was nice enough when we first moved in. There were also only a handful of people already living there at the time (November 2024). Now, however, we are having almost nonstop problems with both the amenities that initially enticed us to choose this complex as well as with management. Whether it's amenities being closed for extended periods of time, packages being stolen from a locked package room with camera monitoring (which management blamed residents for), cars being broken into in the garages when the gates s... read more
I would leave 0 stars if I could. If you're looking to lease here, go through and read the reviews of people who have actually lived here, not the AirBnB residents who stayed for two nights. Some of the worst management I have experienced along with endless issues throughout the building. We were some of the first residents to move into the building and there was never a walk through that was completed by the construction team prior to my unit being leased, and I assume many other units throughout the property. The building recently announced that operations with AirBnb have stopped, which is great news. The amenities that we have (golf, bowling, sauna, hot tub, the list goes on) rival any building in North Loop, and that deserves credit. I absolutely love my unit, and the maintenance staff is great. Personally, I have not had any issues with elevators, doors, or appliances since moving here in May. That said, I have lofty expectations when paying a premium to live here.
