Rachel gave us a wonderful tour. I often found myself thinking that the apartment tour at the Hall Lofts would be a wonderful weekend activity because Rachel made the tour feel like we were touring a museum of North Loop/Minneapolis history. Very very knowledgeable. I love the history of this apartment building and the building truly does speak for itself. I recommend anyone who loves Minneapolis history to consider living here. Thanks Rachel for the awesome tour!
I was really excited to move here because of the amenities, location, and overall style of the building. Many of the reviews on this page are from people who tour and who do not yet live in the building. Unfortunately, after living here for a year, I would not recommend it. For the past two months, the smell of weed has been flooding my apartment several times a day. I’ve notified management multiple times. I have loved my time at Hall Lofts so far! If there has ever been an issue needing to be fixed in mostly the common areas, service has been fast. My unit was brand new upon moving in and my roommates and I have had no issues. Great location close to lots of great restaurants and bars. The walkability to Whole Foods is great as well to the rest of what North Loop has to offer! The amenities included are awesome, and I always feel I have something to do. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a home in North Loop!
Just moved in! The apartment was in the best shape, hands down, relative to any other property I have lived at. Clean, prepped perfectly. I ran into a couple issues (neither were the Hall Lofts fault) - but Rachel and the leasing team helped without hesitation - and rectified my WiFi technical issue. The Amenities are unmatched in variety. For the price - in my humble opinion - you can’t find a living community that offers great amenities in the North Loop area for this value. 5 stars easy.
I would leave 0 stars if I could. If you're looking to lease here, go through and read the reviews of people who have actually lived here, not the AirBnB residents who stayed for two nights. Some of the worst management I have experienced along with endless issues throughout the building. We were some of the first residents to move into the building and there was never a walk through that was completed by the construction team prior to my unit being leased, and I assume many other units throughout the property.
