I would leave 0 stars if I could. If you're looking to lease here, go through and read the reviews of people who have actually lived here, not the AirBnB residents who stayed for two nights. Some of the worst management I have experienced along with endless issues throughout the building. We were some of the first residents to move into the building and there was never a walk through that was completed by the construction team prior to my unit being leased, and I assume many other units throughout the property. I recently toured The Hall Lofts and wanted to share my experience! I’ll admit I had some reservations after reading a few of the Google reviews, but I was really interested in seeing the community for myself. Rachel was incredibly helpful, taking the time to address all of my concerns and explain what management is doing to improve the resident experience, including ending short-term rentals through platforms like Sonder and Airbnb, which seemed to be the source of many of the previous issues. The building recently announced that operations with AirBnb have stopped, which is great news. The amenities that we have (golf, bowling, sauna, hot tub, the list goes on) rival any building in North Loop, and that deserves credit. I absolutely love my unit, and the maintenance staff is great. Personally, I have not had any issues with elevators, doors, or appliances since moving here in May. That said, I have lofty expectations when paying a premium to live here. I am not one to leave poor reviews, however after paying a premium price for 13 months and consistently being let down, I feel it’s fair my experience be verbalized. I was one of the first residents to move in to the Hall Lofts in July of 2024. The theme of my lease? Overpromised, underdelivered, consistent inconsistency, and no regard for accountability. I seriously hope with the new management (so I've read) it is as good as it sounds. Sadly my experience here was incredibly traumatizing. Staff Kristin was cold and dismissive of issue. I was no longer able to live in apt(216) 5/6 month into my lease due to upstairs neighbor pounding and scratching sounds throughout the day and night ! (Yes, almost non-stop) i sincerely hope the next tenant has a better experience.
