These lofts are amazing! Indoor bowling alleys, an arcade room, outdoor fireplaces, hot tubs, large workout spaces, rooftop views, skyways, and co-working spaces are just some of the amazing amenities I saw on my virtual tour! Thank you Rachel Rock for sending me the virtual tour! It was so easy to visualize the spaces with the 3D walk thru!
I had a great tour with Rachel at The Hall Lofts and was really impressed with the space and overall vibe. The building is beautiful, and the layout feels modern and well thought out. The tour was informative and welcoming, and it definitely made me excited about the possibility of living here.
I recently toured The Hall Lofts and wanted to share my experience! I’ll admit I had some reservations after reading a few of the Google reviews, but I was really interested in seeing the community for myself. Maintenance has been notably consistent and reliable, to each request I have submitted and will be acknowledged for that! The overall quality of the loft is up to par, with the on-site bowling alley serving as a distinct amenity. That said, I have had minimal direct interaction with management, and let's be clear, a successful property management entails more than filling vacant units. ****Will update accordingly****
Just moved in! The apartment was in the best shape, hands down, relative to any other property I have lived at. Clean, prepped perfectly. I ran into a couple issues (neither were the Hall Lofts fault) - but Rachel and the leasing team helped without hesitation - and rectified my WiFi technical issue. The Amenities are unmatched in variety. For the price - in my humble opinion - you can’t find a living community that offers great amenities in the North Loop area for this value. 5 stars easy.
