I’m sure ever lender has the same capabilities as the next. But what really seperated Josh from the rest was his personality and communication. Always made myself and my wife very comfortable and confident with the overall game plan. Never left me in the dark with missed phone calls or text messages. We probably cut up more than talked business because he was so on top of his game. And in the end, my monthly payment ended up being way less than I expected. Yours truly Big Dawg Pardue
Josh and his team went above and beyond for us to make sure we hit our closing date! We had some nuances due to self employment and taxes but they put us as ease every step of the way. Would definitely recommend for any home buyer!!
Wonderful experience buying my first home with this team. They were very responsive to my needs, thorough with details when I asked questions, and extremely friendly. Would recommend the Hallford team to anyone trying to forego the rigorous process that is buying a house. Josh and Elena are lifesavers!
I can’t say enough great things about Cornerstone! As someone who has never been thru the home buying process, I was nervous, but they made everything so easy and understandable. Josh Hallford was patient, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond. The whole team went above and beyond to make sure I got the best rate and closed on time. I’m so grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them to friends, family and literally anyone else that is looking for a home!
5 stars all day, every day. The whole team was incredibly kind and professional. Not a bad looking bunch, either. Never felt pressured, led on, or run around. Josh especially was upfront and very honest. We closed in 20 days, and it was amazing to watch all that unfold, like a well-oiled machine. I would recommend them to everyone, especially first time buyers like myself. Overall, very positive and smooth experience.
