Very pleased. These are my husband's first hearing aids and David, the owner takes the time to make adjustments over multiple visits based on my individual experience and needs. To him, this is the most important part of choosing where to get your hearing aids.
I had a great experience at The Hearing Aid Center. The staff are caring and professional, and they really take time to help. I feel confident with their service.
I recently accompanied my boyfriend to The Hearing Aid Center for three of his office visits with David. He received a new hearing aid on the first visit. I could see immediately David takes personal care of his patients, listens to their concerns if they have any, and does not over book his schedule, so, if an issue comes up that requires a bit more time his scheduling allows for that. Update: This past week I had an emergency situation needing immediate attention. Despite having appointments already, David got me in first thing and because of his compassion, caring, expertise and knowledge, he got me on the right track with my urgent care ENT so that I could get immediate treatment. A few years ago I was pointed to the hearing aid center by my insurance company. It changed my life. I have had poor hearing for many years and never fully realized how much I was missing. David has been great. Treats me like an old friend and really knows his business. I just got a new pair and I'm blown away by how much they do. I know people who really need hearing aids but are just too stubborn to get them. If they only knew. David could change their lives too. I wouldn't recommend anybody else.
