Got hearing tested and I had hearing loss. I went back for a hearing aid fitting. The audiologist was out of network, so no benefit. Nations Hearing network gave a number for the provider to call but the audiologist said to call Nations Hearing Network which I did. They said to call the insurance company which I did. There are in network providers in the audiologist’s firm. I called the audiologist’s firm back but they refused to help with getting hearing aids. They said to call Nations Hearing Network back. Dr. Dyjac was especially good at clearly explaining how to use my new hearing aid. She answered all my questions and quickly made adjustments to give me the best hearing experience.
One of the best medical offices I have gone to! Madison Audiologist I found to be the best in the area. Very knowledgeable and helpful in adjusting and giving help when needed. Jackie is so helpful and both are sweethearts.
The hearing aid center has always met and exceeded my expectations. Dr. Dyjak and Jackie are always on time and very professional.
Madison the Audiologist was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She made me feel very comfortable and confident during the hearing testing.
