Dr. Castillo was very professional and understanding of my specific needs. Her attention to detail made my resulting experience great as I am profoundly hearing impaired in one ear and moderately impaired in my second ear.
Don't hesitate, call them. What an incredible experience I had at this medical facility. Dr. Mallon was attentive, listened to my concerns and addressed them all. In the end, what a great hearing change. Let's not forget Meredith who is kind, gentle and so knowledgeable in fitting me with the perfect device to ensure I hear every word around me. This is the best hearing experience with an Audiologist I have ever had. And, it's not my first. Dr. Meredith Del Castillo is awesome. She listens. She explains in detail. And, she is so friendly. I would highly recommend this Hearing Center to everyone! She was recommended by Dr. Scott Greene, another awesome ENT Doctor.
Dr Delcastillo is wonderful. She is extremely knowledgeable and has been so helpful in the selection of hearing aids for my mother. She was so patient with explaining to my mother how to care for and operate her new hearing aids and is readily available if you need any help.
