Dr Smith das taken great care of my hearing aids as well as myself. Always patience. Addition shout out to Jane for helping me when I have issues with my hearing aids. I recommend the Hearing Center of ENTA for all your hearing needs.
From the moment you walk in the doors until you leave, the experience is awesome! Very efficient operation all the way through! Lost a star because they are obviously very busy (popular!), and calling in to the office is not effective. Rarely can you reach a person, need to leave a voicemail, and then get a return call in 24-48 hours. Hope you don’t miss that call!! Or it starts over again. I have purchased three hearing aids during the last eight years at their Clearwater office. The hearing aids are great. But it is the superb attention provided by staff that makes me keep returning.
I had a great experience at The Hearing Center of ENTA. Dr Smith knew immediately what the problem was with my hearing aids...and did a thorough evaluation and repair to get them back in excellent working order!
