UPDATE: Just FYI - they billed my insurance $11,583.39 for taking my vitals, a urine test and an IV. Outrageous, no wonder I got 0 paperwork/bill on my way out. —— I had a rough experience here. I came in around 5am, severely dehydrated from vomiting and diarrhea, and hoping to get some relief. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as smoothly as I’d hoped. I had a great experience at Heights Emergency Room. The entire team was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my visit. A special thank-you to Alier Palma Romero for going above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of before being discharged. Your kindness and professionalism truly stood out!
They seem to put your needs at a high priority no matter the situation. They had a sufficient number of staff on board at a late hour as well. They're very courteous, nurses and a very clean place I was in and out in less than 4 hours and I had testing done too
So the Heights ER just recently Opened back up in November 19, 2024 so forget the old comments underneath. In contrast, They are very considering. I recently had Abdominal pain and they were very concerned about my health. The wait time was perfect and right away. In about a half in hour after labs I was already feeling better. They prescribe medicine after the visit. They recommend follow ups on discharge papers. I even received a Goody bag for coming. They are wonderful it feels and looks as good as a hospital. Horrible place I went in because my leg was bothering me because I've had a history of blood clots and serious pain. The doctor did not want to give me anything I asked him for naproxen 500 he said Go to the store and buy it I will never ever come to this place again warning go to Methodist it's so much better. All they want is your money
