My wife fractured her foot playing pickleball and we couldn’t have asked for better care. From the moment we walked in, Ms. Mia at the front desk greeted us warmly and set the tone for an excellent experience. The nurse and radiology tech were both amazing—kind, professional, and very thorough. They seem to put your needs at a high priority no matter the situation. They had a sufficient number of staff on board at a late hour as well. They're very courteous, nurses and a very clean place I was in and out in less than 4 hours and I had testing done too
UPDATE: Just FYI - they billed my insurance $11,583.39 for taking my vitals, a urine test and an IV. Outrageous, no wonder I got 0 paperwork/bill on my way out. —— I had a rough experience here. I came in around 5am, severely dehydrated from vomiting and diarrhea, and hoping to get some relief. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as smoothly as I’d hoped. Horrible place I went in because my leg was bothering me because I've had a history of blood clots and serious pain. The doctor did not want to give me anything I asked him for naproxen 500 he said Go to the store and buy it I will never ever come to this place again warning go to Methodist it's so much better. All they want is your money
