The medical team and receptionists were superr friendly! The office was clean and quiet. The front ladies were very quick to offer me a wheelchair when they saw my swollen feet and noticed how much pain I was in. My nurse Nadia was also super attentive, informative and kind. I hope to not go again, but if I ever find myself in another medical emergency, I will definitely come to this location.

Awesome staff, super helpful and friendly to my 7 year old boy. Mia and Lupe greeted him so kindly. Nydia, his nurse, and Dr. Zahid had such wonderful beside manner that put my boy at ease and helped him get the care he needed. We’re lucky to have this clinic in our neighborhood!

My wife fractured her foot playing pickleball and we couldn’t have asked for better care. From the moment we walked in, Ms. Mia at the front desk greeted us warmly and set the tone for an excellent experience. The nurse and radiology tech were both amazing—kind, professional, and very thorough. Dr. Ambe diagnosed the fracture quickly, explained everything clearly, and even took a personal interest in making sure we got an orthopedic referral right away. This place was the best experience I’ve ever had !! The nurses are nice and considerate and very passionate about health reasonings. They are very caring and careful when it comes to knowing about the body and it brings joy to my heart when I was healed and also got my results back with in a min to secs meaning the same day. The love what they do andI would recommend going back anytime for emergencies. Thanks you Heights Er for the best care in the world🙌🏾

My visit to the Emergency Room was as smooth as I could have hoped for. The staff was kind, efficient, and very professional. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Mia was very helpful at the front desk and when Miguel took my labs, I barely felt the needle stick! Thank you to the whole team for your outstanding service!
