I had an excellent experience at Heights ER. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. The check-in process was quick, and I was seen by a provider with very little wait time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough great things about Houston Heights ER. My husband had a sudden medical issue, and we initially thought we were going to an urgent care. When we realized it was actually a full ER, it ended up being exactly what we needed and gave us much greater peace of mind. I had an extremely positive experience at this ER. There was no wait time, and every staff member I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The doctor took time to clearly explain what was going on and my treatment plan, which I really appreciated. The facility was also clean and comfortable. I’m very grateful to have access to a place like this in the neighborhood—this is a great example of compassionate healthcare.
My visit to the Emergency Room was as smooth as I could have hoped for. The staff was kind, efficient, and very professional. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Mia was very helpful at the front desk and when Miguel took my labs, I barely felt the needle stick! Thank you to the whole team for your outstanding service!
I Love all the staff here, from the receptionist to the Nurses & Doctors. They are welcoming as soon as you come in, and are very understanding of your pain. Very patient and professional. Would definitely recommend 10/10
