I had a great experience at The Heights Emergency Room after a head injury. There was virtually no wait time, and the entire staff was amazing. Ashley and Yvette were wonderful during check-in, making the process quick and easy. Dr. Zahid was very thorough in his evaluation and took the time to explain everything clearly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough great things about Houston Heights ER. My husband had a sudden medical issue, and we initially thought we were going to an urgent care. When we realized it was actually a full ER, it ended up being exactly what we needed and gave us much greater peace of mind. I had an extremely positive experience at this ER. There was no wait time, and every staff member I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The doctor took time to clearly explain what was going on and my treatment plan, which I really appreciated. The facility was also clean and comfortable. I’m very grateful to have access to a place like this in the neighborhood—this is a great example of compassionate healthcare.

Very good service. I brought my son here and they very quickly attended to him. Karina, the registration tech, efficiently checked us in. Alir administered my son’s vitals with speed and accuracy. Abdullah took my son’s blood and Pablo administered the CT scan. Results were provided to us with almost no wait. And Dr. Khan explained the results thoroughly and professionally. A truly wonderful experience, other than my son being ill.

I had an excellent experience at Heights ER. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. The check-in process was quick, and I was seen by a provider with very little wait time.
