The Hive @ South has the most amazing Leasing Manager. The property for the most part is quiet and the remodeled apartments are immaculate. The opportunity to work with this management team will be an honor as long as you’re truthful and believe in withholding integrity. The only thing is the parking is full once evening comes. But the maintenance does their best to maintain the cleanliness of the property and it makes you feel at home. I’m so glad I gave them a a chance as well as them giving me one!

Great place to live. People are very welcoming and mind their own business. It's quiet, calm and I would recommend living here. Melissa is the best apartment manager!
The maintenance guy is excellent . I’m very satisfied with what the maintenance guy has done. The maintenance guy is a very good, prompt, kind and a professional person. The maintenance person fixed the problem perfectly.
