The Hive @ South has the most amazing Leasing Manager. The property for the most part is quiet and the remodeled apartments are immaculate. The opportunity to work with this management team will be an honor as long as you’re truthful and believe in withholding integrity. The only thing is the parking is full once evening comes. But the maintenance does their best to maintain the cleanliness of the property and it makes you feel at home. I’m so glad I gave them a a chance as well as them giving me one!
I am not pleased living here anymore. There is always police activity on this street, even in this building. The rent increases have become rediculous to the extent that I am not able to afford it anymore. There are too many excess charges added to the rent i.e. internet (we have to pay two internet bills. There are always water interruptions and our water bills are constantly increasing. My experience has been terrible. Management only cares about their money. They are not responsive. They’re not looking to help with problems within the building management is full of frustration. The parking structure is damaging to my tires. The gates around the building are not secure so I deal with a high level of theft. Also went without hot water for a week and have not been accommodated and management has nothing to say about it besides email me and it’s been two weeks and I have not gotten an email back..
Don’t ever rent here they don’t make u pay a deposit to move in which is nice but they never answer texts or calls they just want your money that’s why most people here only betray 1 year instead of long term please stay away from this complex an take the time to find a place that cares about there tenants an they will claim your rent is 2095 but every month it would change one time they charged me 2450$…
Great place to live. People are very welcoming and mind their own business. It's quiet, calm and I would recommend living here. Melissa is the best apartment manager!
