I’ve had a great experience living at The Hub! The location is excellent, and everyone on the team has always been friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special shoutout to Audra—she has been incredible throughout my time here. She’s always quick to respond, kind, and happy to help. I’ve really enjoyed living at The Hub. The location is hard to beat — right in the middle of Short North and walkable to restaurants, bars, groceries, and plenty to do. The building is spacious & well kept! I also want to give a shoutout to Antione on the maintenance/cleaning team. He clearly takes pride in his work and has great attention to detail. I just moved in 3 weeks ago and the hub has been a pleasant place to live! Audra has been fantastic at communication and I respect the community events and appreciation to residents such as little snacks, pizza parties, etc you name it!! Overall the place gives luxury and affordable. I hope this continues for the duration of my lease!!
Nice apartment and good management. 1 star because they require you to use Nationwide Energy Partners. For a single person living in an 800sq ft apartment, your electric and water bill will exceed $200. Ask them about it. Current tenants will confirm. “We do not advertise as a safe place” response to my email stating we did not feel safe here. We moved into this place and it was not clean at all. They had to send someone afterwards to come clean it which was awkward. The dryer was filled with old mop heads and was filthy (video attached). The maintenance crew is amazing and always was more than helpful, friendly and down to earth. saving grace during our time here. the office staff are so inconvenienced by anything you ask or even a good morning.
