Jamestown Apartments Jamestown Apartments is a quiet community located in Newport News, VA. The community itself has a colonial townhome style and offers 1-3 bedroom apartments. The staff is nice and they seem to be really involved with the residents. The apartments however are much older than they try to make them appear. Good, but not perfect I lived in Jamestown for a year. Pros: super safe and usually quiet neighborhood, very close to Nolan Trail, friendly people for the most part, VERY pet friendly, clean amenities, monthly community events. Cons: only 1 parking spot per unit (towing definitely enforced), needed maintenance more than I would've liked (though they did usually respond fairly quickly) for things like drainage and appliance issues (had minor flooding several times due to backed up drains), and the staff, esp. manager, very fr... read more
