I have been living in this property for almost two years and everything was going well, but since the management changed, their treatment has been terrible. I had an issue with the 60-day notice—I went in August to submit it, but it was never processed, and now I am being charged an additional fee.

2nd Review reflecting the pictures! I submitted a work order on Wednesday night about a serious window leak, and here we are days later—no call, no visit, no update. Meanwhile, water is dripping down my blinds and into my window frame, risking damage and mold. Apparently, maintenance emergencies aren’t a priority here—but rent sure is, because mine was paid on time for July. The lack of urgency from management is disappointing and honestly unprofessional. DON'T COME HERE - TRY NEARBY INSTEAD If I could put 0 Stars I would. Been here 7 Years and multiple management swaps and the current one is no better. Increasingly higher rent with seemingly no upgrades to be seen or an increase in better living to adjust for the cost of living here. No offers on cleaning the carpets or upgrading anything that was previously suggested like Ring Door bells, Keycard entry, etc. We had one of the higher ups at Greystar look over our apartment to take note of all the issues we had and assured ... read more

I don’t live at The Jax, but I visit my friends here regularly, and I was seriously considering moving in. Thank God I didn’t. The entire building has been dealing with a roach infestation for months, and management has failed to take real action. Many residents are speaking up, but nothing is being done. This is a basic health and sanitation issue, and it’s unacceptable, especially for the amount of rent being charged. Update:11/01/2023- I have been impressed with the new manager, Stephanie! She seems to truly care and I love that she comes with the background of managing a community. I am moving out after living here almost 9 years and I’m glad to know she will be assisting to make this a smooth transition for me.
