This new management with its new owners is a complete disaster... the treatment and lack of interest in the problems we tenants face are disgusting! This apartment complex has shown complete disregard for its residents. When new ownership took over, rent was suddenly raised by several hundred dollars without properly notifying tenants and without honoring the original lease agreements that were legally signed. 2nd Review reflecting the pictures! I submitted a work order on Wednesday night about a serious window leak, and here we are days later—no call, no visit, no update. Meanwhile, water is dripping down my blinds and into my window frame, risking damage and mold. I have been living in this property for almost two years and everything was going well, but since the management changed, their treatment has been terrible. I had an issue with the 60-day notice—I went in August to submit it, but it was never processed, and now I am being charged an additional fee.
I don’t live at The Jax, but I visit my friends here regularly, and I was seriously considering moving in. Thank God I didn’t. The entire building has been dealing with a roach infestation for months, and management has failed to take real action. Many residents are speaking up, but nothing is being done. This is a basic health and sanitation issue, and it’s unacceptable, especially for the amount of rent being charged.
