Verified Renter A lot before grey star took over, unorganized. It feels now as though Greystar is attempting to pick up the pieces left from the other company. Although the apartments are roach infested I don’t feel it’s right or fair to raise the price of the apartments. New staff is amazing Anisa, Diane and Marlow have been great. Now it’s up to the Owners to do their part to make it actually feel like home. Overall I am at a 6/10 due to staff and maintenance

Great Complex. Chill Staff, This is a real honest review from a current tenant and business owner myself. First let me start off by saying I've lived here since Sept 2018, the move in process was fast and easy. Beatrice was my leasing agent, she was very knowledgeable.professional and personable when it came to leasing, Even know when i go in for something, Beatrice is there. she knows me, and makes me feel like family. if she is not there, Esteban helps me, Jeralyn or the property manager Vanessa! apartment complex Great environment ,. Since I moved in ,. Great staff, love the pool and gym...great upgraded apts as well...the maintenance people get it done quick and accurately thanks to the staff that put it orders in as quickly as possible.
