I personally believe the Jax Apartments have some of the worst, most unhelpful, and irritating people working in their office. I think a good preview for how our lease would be spent was the fact that we were missing a full drawer in our kitchen and when we called to mention it after first moving in, they said, "A missing drawer? That's strange." and it was never addressed again except for the maintenance men coming in, acknowledging it, but nothing ever came from it. I had a great experience touring the Jax Apartments. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. They took the time to walk me through the property, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire tour. The apartments and common areas were clean, modern, and well-maintained, and you can tell they really care about the community. With the new management and renovation to the whole community in such little time shows how dedicated management is to us. Anytime we submit a maintenance request they respond within the hour and we have a knock at the door the same day to attend to the request. The maintenance people are extremely professional and go above and beyond to take care of the community. The manager Marisela is amazing and communicates at the up most professional level. I've been a resident of The Jax for about 15 months and just renewed and transferred to a 3x2 from a 2x1. I'm truly loving my new space, it's like a mother in law suite. I literally have my side of the apartment; my queen bed, beside drawers, my 55" tv on a rolling tv stand, my work from home desk set up with 3 monitors and I still have ample space, and the master bathroom with the huge walk in closet and garden tub are exceptional! I moved in in May of 2024, love the place, great apt layouts, very competitive prices, the maintenance is truly great always come within 24 hours. Even when I did have an AC situation, it was taken care of within just a couple of hours. The management at the present time has been very good and very attentive to our needs, and also have gone above and beyond on the personal care. I love the fact that renovations to the complex are being done, without waiting for things to fall apart before addressing the issue. Well done! ... read more
