Please note that my Google reviews are overwhelmingly positive. So when I give a low review, it is a thoughtful and considered opinion. I've lived here for several years. It has gotten worse each year. Although they did, finally, paint some of the worst areas. But it is like lipstick on a pig. The buildings are old and rundown. Only giving 4 stars because unfortunately I haven’t had a great experience with the entire team, but I have with most of them. I never leave reviews but I must leave this one. I want to give a shoutout to the assistant manager Brie in the office. I haven’t had much luck with the head manager at these apartments but Brie works very hard to get the answers I need. We stayed there for 2 years, it's a nice little place! The management is awesome and understanding. And it's a good place if you commute to work. Shout out to the A building our neighbors were so sweet!!
I lived here for two years and honestly out of all the apartments I’ve moved around to this was always the best one. Easily the fastest access to I5. You can enjoy all Seattle has to offer without having the hassle of living in the city as you’re 30 min away. Maintenance was always very fast, friendly, and efficient. I signed my lease under the impression I was paying for a renovated unit. The only new thing in here is the carpet the rest is obviously not renovated there is mold behind the toilet tank nobody has come to take care of yet....and the w/d is a THIN/TWIN like extra small. For a family of 5 an extra small loading washer....that is old in itself.... I absolutely love the neighborhood tho.
