I won't even consider going to any dog groomer except Hayes. With a super anxious, 140lb Mastiff, they're the only one who not only gets my dog shiny and clean, but even has him excited to go.
CAUTION!!!!! I would NOT recommend boarding at this facility!! To board your dog, they require more vaccinations & fecal testing than most kennels. If you happen to sign the Boarding Service Request form and check ANY boxes, they will vaccinate and/or fecal test your dog without informing you until you pick up your pet and get hit with an unexpected bill. Their customer service was horrible and the facility is old, very run down, and not professionally managed.
