Did a tour recently for my grandpa, I believe this place is very well maintained and has a ton of wonderful amenities!
I thought the care was great, the staff very kind and compassionate, but I have a bad taste in my mouth. My wife died a few days ago and today my sons and I cleaned out her room. When I called to inform management of this, thinking that charges would be stopped as soon as we vacated the room, I was dismayed to hear that they continue charges for 15 days past my wife's death. Lots of false advertising, poor maintenance, hippa violations, manager very untruthful,. The people that live there are very very nice. Most staff are very good, but can't keep because of management, lack of organization and communication
