I was searching for a community for my mother and The Landing was the first place I looked because it was close to me. Rowan was welcoming and very informative; I felt valued and was treated with respect even though it was unclear at the time whether my mother would choose to live close to me or close to her home. Our family had an absolutely wonderful experience with The Landing! Our father found the community and support that he needed. The Landing is a beautiful, upscale setting where the staff sincerely love and serve their residents. We are so grateful for the heartfelt, timely care our father received.

I can't say enough good things about Memory Care at The Landing Alexandria. The care my husband is receiving is truly extraordinary. The staff are not only kind and compassionate, but also really present and responsive. Every single day - even weekends - there are activities that keep everyone engaged, and the team knows just how to balance individual needs with group fun. Despite not having a scheduled appointment, I received a warm welcome and enjoyed a thorough tour with Rowan Lopez last week. We spent considerable time together, during which Rowan thoughtfully answered all my questions and shared a lot more information. I truly felt seen and heard. I am confident that I can make a good decision for myself about next steps with Rowan's guidance. A week later Rowan called me and was similarly kind and listened to my thoughts respectfully. What a star!

My daughter and I enjoy visiting my Mother at the Landing; we particularly like eating there thanks to the Dining Room Manager Anita Acharya. Anita treats both residents and guests in a kind, compassionate and patient manner. She handles difficult situations expertly and resolves problems quickly and easily.
