Despite not having a scheduled appointment, I received a warm welcome and enjoyed a thorough tour with Rowan Lopez last week. We spent considerable time together, during which Rowan thoughtfully answered all my questions and shared a lot more information. I truly felt seen and heard. I am confident that I can make a good decision for myself about next steps with Rowan's guidance. A week later Rowan called me and was similarly kind and listened to my thoughts respectfully. What a star!
The Landing is a little unique in that it's in a highly urban area with an upscale high-rise feeling to it. Most of the senior living communities I've toured in the northern Virginia area have more of a rural or suburban feeling with a lot of acres but not very much to do in the neighborhoods they're in. Our family had an absolutely wonderful experience with The Landing! Our father found the community and support that he needed. The Landing is a beautiful, upscale setting where the staff sincerely love and serve their residents. We are so grateful for the heartfelt, timely care our father received.
The Landing is a lovely community with a great staff, nice dining options and lots of activities. I helped my aunt move in last November and she is really happy there. They have been really good at communicating with the family, as well. I highly recommend The Landing.
My mom has been so happy here at The Landing. She loves the staff as well as the residents! I have been particularly impressed with the level of care Mom receives. The responsiveness of staff as well as their open and free-flowing communication has eased my mind. I feel as though the staff care for my mom as if she were their own family. She is treated with respect and dignity. I can’t say enough about how pleased my mom and I are with her living at The Landing.
