Rent keeps going up for no reason. No incentive to be a long term resident.
Business response:
Thank you for sharing your feedback, Andrea. We truly appreciate the loyalty of our long-term residents, and we understand that annual renewal adjustments can be frustrating. Rental rates are based on broader market conditions, but keeping our tenured residents is genuinely important to us. We would welcome the chance to review your renewal options and discuss your lease directly. Please feel free to contact our office directly at your convenience.
