Great size townhomes we had a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath and loved it. The townhomes come with a 2 car garage as well. This apartment complex offers free internet, clubhouse with a outdoor pool, theater room and so much more! Not to mention dog friendly! We had two large dogs! Management and staff are wonderful!
At the landing, I love the sense of having a respectful community, and an environment that feels safe, nice, and welcoming! The management are always patient and understanding as well as friendly and kind. Also to mention the maintenance is on top! They answer service requests as soon as possible, and always get things done in an efficient manner!
From the time I submitted the work order to getting things repaired was incredibly quick! Everyone was very polite and courteous.
Constant changing of management causing poor communication and nonexistent tenant/landlord relationship. I’ve also leased previous properties through Haverkamp while in Ames and they were managed much better with faster service and regular quality checks. We love living in the Landing community. The staff are friendly and easily approachable if you have questions or need anything. Having a fitness room and pool during the hot summer is always a plus and our kids love it.
