Relocating from out of state we are very pleased to have found Landon. The management staff is friendly, efficient, communicative and proactive on every level. They also enhance the experience of the residents with many clubhouse activities, virtual meet and greets and generally make efforts to build a community. Property is meticulously maintained. Community is quiet and friendly. Will in maintenance is attentive and so hard working. So glad I made the move!
My Gf and I have lived at the Landon for about 4 years now. We are sad to say that we will be leaving since we just got our first home together! However, regarding our Landon stay we could not say really anything negative during our stay. Originally we had issues with parking for a couple of years, but they just updated parking in the back of building 7000, so there are no longer issues with that. Have lived at the Landon for six months now and the grounds are impeccable and the amenities are amazing. Kaila in the office was very friendly and welcoming and made the move in process a piece of cake. Recently we had an issue with our fridge where it was making an extremely loud noise. Contacted Rich in maintenance who was very responsive and his counterpart Will was at our door within the hour with the issue identified and resolved.
