I went to look at the demo apartment 1 week ago. Loved it! Had a fireplace, two bedroom 1.5 bedroom. Perfect! Get a list of the ones to apply for. Go to look at 428 to make sure it’s what I want. Nope! It had a mantle and no fireplace (ugly). She found another one with the fireplace. Looked at it, perfect! Applied that day. Called the next day. The worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The whole complex smells like weed, management is hostile if you have issue which you will. You will hear gunshots and police sirens in the complex weekly. Ants and spiders basically live with you rent free. Do i keep going ? The buildings are old, had plumbing issues and leaks that lasted weeks, due to apartment not being insulated and clogged vents; AC and heat barely make a difference from outside temp and water heater does not function properly. Kristina Williams was the best host I’ve had! Me and my partner have been looking for apartments for a month now, and she already sold us on this 1 bed, 1bath 700sqft bedroom.
Do not move here. Besides the lady sitting in the front, management is very unprofessional and rude. I have lived here for two years and a month before my lease going up I started asking to view their two bedrooms. I have visited the office 5 different times asking to view one in the last two months. Each time they said something different about when one would be available to view.
