I went to look at the demo apartment 1 week ago. Loved it! Had a fireplace, two bedroom 1.5 bedroom. Perfect! Get a list of the ones to apply for. Go to look at 428 to make sure it’s what I want. ive had so many maintenance issues i stopped counting but the maintenance crew is awesome. the buildings are old and in bad need of repair. unsealed doors and windows cause high energy bills. JANICE, THE MANAGER IS UNCARING, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOWNRIGHT RUDE!! i have no ceiling just a huge hole with black mold and discusting water dripping constantly.. i have to wait until mon morning while i clean up and it has destroyed my property. calling the phone # they give me is a joke. no answer. i am living in horrible conditions ... read more
By far the best apt complex I have ever been too!! THE MAINTENANCE AMAZING!! And the front office is as sweet as can be i definitely recommend living here!!!
Do not move here. Besides the lady sitting in the front, management is very unprofessional and rude. I have lived here for two years and a month before my lease going up I started asking to view their two bedrooms. I have visited the office 5 different times asking to view one in the last two months. Each time they said something different about when one would be available to view. Please save your time and do not move here. The people in the front office are a joke and do not respond accordingly. I spent a year here and regretted every month that passed by. To start off with, they can not assure you the apartment you apply for since 3 days before move-in day I was called that my apartment was not available and they had to find me a new one.
